Rules and conditions for the photo competition on hispeed.ch.
By uploading your photos you accept the following conditions.

No photos with offensive or illegal content
Photos whose content breach the law or are in any way offensive will be removed, and the user will be excluded from the competition. Users must show respect towards others when uploading photos, so: no incitement, discrimination, offensive gestures etc. Should you have any questions or complaints about uploaded photos in this connection, please report the user concerned to us. Please use the "Report this user" link (only possible if you are logged in).
Entry period
In principle, all photos remain in the competition until removed by the owner or editorial staff. We reserve the right to remove photos from the competition without prior notice or justification.
Property rights
- The participant promises that he/she is the originator of the uploaded photos and that no third party rights are breached by the publication of the photos. Photos that do not comply with these conditions will be removed by the editorial staff.
- All photos remain the property of the participant. By participating in the photo competition, the participant entitles the organiser to use uploaded photos for commercial or other purposes.
Data protection
Every participant bears the full responsibility for his/her photos and their content insofar that the pictured persons are not published against their wishes and that the illustrated content does not breach any valid legislation.
Liability disclaimer
Although we exercise extreme care in the assessment of photos for the competition, we do not however accept any liability whatsoever for the content of photos or for photos in which persons are pictured against their wishes.
COMPETITION TERMS
Competition
Every month our jury will select a winning photo from those assessed as best. Although the average assessment and number of assessments are not definitive, they do provide an important indication. At the end of the competition winners will be informed per letter or e-mail that they have won.
Entry conditions
- Anyone can take part in the competition. Minors can only receive a prize subject to the consent of their parents/guardians.
- You can take part as often as you wish, however only with different photos. Only one prize will be awarded per household/address per competition.
- Prizes are not transferable.
- No cash payments, no alternative prizes, prizes cannot be used as a discount for other objects.
- We reserve the right to select an alternative prize for a competition without prior notice.
- No liability is accepted for unforeseen circumstances caused by third parties like, for instance, the delivery of prizes etc.
- Only the winners are informed about their prize and the results of the competition, by post or per e-mail to the specified address.
- Personal details will be treated confidentially. By participating, the winners consent to having their name and place of residence being published.
- In the event of suspected misuse, manipulation or any impermissible or unlawful use of the photo competition, the participants in question will be immediately excluded from the competition without notice.
- The jury’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
